Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Vesting Roots (“Vesting Roots,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking travel or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Agency Role
Vesting Roots acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies (“Suppliers”). Vesting Roots does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers. By booking travel, you agree to the Supplier’s terms in addition to these Terms.
Reservations and Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations. Payment authorization constitutes your acceptance of pricing, itinerary details, and applicable terms. Final payment deadlines are set by Suppliers and must be met to avoid cancellation.
Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed. Vesting Roots is not responsible for pricing errors or changes imposed by Suppliers, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, or government actions.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies are governed by the individual Supplier and may result in penalties or non-refundable charges. Vesting Roots is not responsible for Supplier-imposed fees. Any service fees charged by Vesting Roots for booking, changes, or cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements. Vesting Roots is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. Vesting Roots is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for insurance coverage decisions or claim outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesting Roots shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions of Suppliers or events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, mechanical failures, or force majeure events.
Vesting Roots is not responsible for changes in itinerary, accommodations, or services made by Suppliers. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to Vesting Roots for our services.
Force Majeure
Vesting Roots shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.
Health and Safety
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating your personal health and safety conditions and complying with all travel advisories, health regulations, and safety guidelines.
Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documents promptly and notifying Vesting Roots of any discrepancies. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or travel disruptions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vesting Roots harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or the terms of any Supplier.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
Modifications
Vesting Roots reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after
updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
